By inviting Sky to your Discord server or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sky is a Discord bot that provides moderation, ticket systems, and utility features for Discord servers completely free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Sky, you agree to:
Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Not use Sky for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Sky's functionality
Not use Sky to harass, spam, or harm other users
Maintain the security of your Discord account
4. Premium Services
Sky may offer premium features through paid subscriptions in the future. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers. However, we plan to keep Sky as a completely free and fully usable bot. If you want to support the project you can donate everytime you want by joining our discord server.
5. Data Collection
Sky collects minimal data necessary to provide its services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or any indirect damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Sky for any user or server that violates these terms. You may stop using Sky at any time by removing the bot from your server.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sky after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Sky collects only the data necessary to provide its services. This includes:
Server Information — Server ID, name, and configuration settings you set through Sky
User Information — Discord user ID for features like economy, warnings, and leveling
Message Data — Message content is processed in real-time for auto-moderation but is not stored permanently
Usage Data — Command usage statistics to improve our services
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
Provide and maintain Sky's core functionality
Store your server preferences and configurations
Track economy balances, XP, and other feature-specific data
Enforce moderation rules you've configured
Improve and optimize our services
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as Sky is active in your server. When Sky is removed from a server, associated data is automatically deleted.
Sky does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it and ban them from using our bot.
